Helper Information - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Add New Helpers  

You can add new Helpers at any time. All that is required for each Helper is a name and their Positions. When they are added they are automatically assigned a temporary ID and password.
 
To Add Helpers: 
From any page: 
  • On the top menu click Helpers to go to the Helper List page 
  • Click Add New Helper to open the Add Helper window 
  • Fill out the new Helpers info (The only required information is a first or last name and their Positions.  Note: Adding Helper E-mail address will set up automatic schedule and message forwarding 
  • Click Add this Helper
  • The window will remain up for you to enter another Helper
  • Click Close Window when you are finished adding Helpers

    Note other items such as help time preferences and email and text message notifications can be set up after adding the Helper using the Edit Helper window
  • Helpers can sign in to their account and add some of their own details such as: 
  • Phone Numbers 
  • E-Mail and Text Message Addresses and choose what notifications are sent, which should be their "reply to" address if their messages are forwarded to another Helper or Coordinator's email
  • Address
  • Time Preferences (In Paid Full Version you can you can turn off this ability to add prefer and dislike times on the SETTINGS>Helper Permissions page)
