Automatic E-Mail Forwarding - Notifications
 
By entering Helper E-mails into WhenToHelp you set up automatic message forwarding for that Helper and certain default notification settings. These defaults include forwarding of all WhenToHelp messages and new schedules and schedule changes, among other notices.

Each time a WhenToHelp message is sent the message is forwarded to their E-mail addresses. Helpers can enter their own E-mail or Text Message addresses or a Coordinator can enter them. 

Note: Helpers can sign in and change their e-mail forwarding and notifications.

Coordinators and Helpers can add an unlimited number of email and text message addresses and set which notifications are sent to each.  Ex. students can have a copy of their schedule emailed to their parents or a Coordinator can send billing notices to their account's payable department (Paid Full Version).

 
Entering a Helper's E-Mail Address: 
From any page 
  • In the top menu choose Helpers to go to the Helper List page 
  • Click the pencil icon  next to the Helper name to open the Edit Helper window 
  • Click Edit E-Mail Notifications
