Helpers Signing In - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Should I Let Helpers Sign In?
YES! There is no downside or cost having your Helpers to sign in and use WhenToHelp. (For extended free use of WhenToHelp Lite we require that most of your Helpers regularly sign in at WhenToHelp.com

When you add a Helper at WhenToHelp we automatically create a unique temporary ID and password for that Helper's access. This allows each Helper to sign in at WhenToHelp.com to see their schedule, trade shifts, set time off and many other functions. (The Paid Version allows you to turn off any of these functions on the SETTINGS>Helper Permissions page.)

If you enter an e-mail address for a Helper they can retrieve their ID and Password at any time using the "Need your ID or Password?" link on the Sign-In page.

Allowing your Helpers to sign in can be a great benefit both to them and to you the Coordinator. It is easy to notify your Helpers about their sign-in instructions. There is no extra cost to give your Helpers access to WhenToHelp. It can save you time and improve communication. Helpers can also enter their own time off, help time preferences, trade shifts and many things. When Helpers sign in they are always seeing the most up-to-date schedule. All that is needed for a Helper to sign in and use WhenToHelp is a computer with an Internet connection and a recommended browser. We highly recommend allowing your Helpers to sign in at WhenToHelp.com.
