Coordinators Who are Also Helpers
When you create a new Coordinator they are given a separate ID and Password to sign in as a Coordinator.
Any Coordinator who is also a Helper will then have two different Sign-Ins
1. one ID and Password to sign in as a Helper (if they want to propose trades to other Helpers etc.)
2. a second ID and Password to sign in and perform their permitted Coordinator functions
