Rate Helpers for Positions/Locations - Position Preferences
Each Helper can set their "Position Preferences" (similar to skills), the
coordinator also can set these for each Helper. This tells AutoFill which
positions (locations) they prefer. It can be helpful, for example, to indicate
that a Helper could be assigned to a difficult position but you prefer to have them
assigned to other positions. It can also be useful in setting which locations
the Helper prefers. (Ex. for a Helper you can set all Location 1
positions to "prefer" and other location positions to "dislike.") Coordinators
(with permission to edit Helpers can set these preferences (in the Paid Full Version you can change this option to prevent Helpers from setting these
position preferences on the SETTINGS>Helper
Permissions page).
Paid Full Version: To set Position Preferences for a Helper:
From any page
On the top menu choose Helpers to go to the Helper List page
Click the pencil icon
 next to the Helper name to open the Edit Helper window
Click the Rank Helper for Positions (Skills Ratings) link found on the right
Click any Position name once to change to Prefer (green) again to change to Dislike (red) and again to change back to no preference
Click the Save Changes button
Helpers can see their positions and set their preferences for each one.
(The Paid Full Version allows you to change "Helpers Can Set
Their Preferences for Positions" to No on the
SETTINGS>Helper Permissions
page to prevent Helpers from seeing and changing their position preferences.
Paid Full Version: To prevent Helpers from setting their own Position Preferences
From any page
On the top menu click SETTINGS to go to the Settings page
Click the Helper Permissions tab
For Helpers Can set Preferences for Positions Click No
Click Save Changes
When Helpers then sign in and look at their Preferences page they will not see
the list of their positions and will not be able to set preferences for their positions.
