You can send email schedule reminders to Helpers for any future date range.
Ex. tomorrow, this week, month, or choose your own date range etc. To send reminders to one position or
position group you can first filter the list, then click Select All.
To Send Schedule Reminders:
From any page
In the top menu click Helpers to go to the Helpers list page
To list Helpers for one position or group choose that in the Positions
dropdown menu
Check off who to send reminders to - or click the Select All link box at the
top of the column
Click the Send Selected: Schedule Reminder link above the grid
Choose from a date range or enter a begin and end date
Click the Send Reminders button
Schedule reminder emails will be sent to the selected Helpers and you will see a
list of the Helpers in the popup window. Close the window to go back to
the Helpers page.
