Tips for Using the Helper List Grid

The Helper List displays as a grid and you can choose which columns to view and click an column title to sort the list by that column. The grid can be edited right on the page or you can click the pencil icon next to an employee to edit their information.
  • Click the Select Columns to View link to choose what information is displayed in the grid (1.)
  • Sort by any column - click once to sort ascending, again to sort descending (1.)
  • Double click to edit in the grid, the row changes color (then click Save Changes button to save all changes)
  • Type a double quote in any cell and the information from the cell above will be copied into that cell
  • Click on any date field to bring up a popup calendar where you can click to choose another date

You can check off the box next any number of Helpers (or use the checkbox at the top to select all) and then use the links at the top of page to Send those Helper's a  Schedule Reminder (3.) or a Message (4).

Note some fields cannot be changed, ex. Last Sign In, Number of Sign Ins.

If the email field is highlighted yellow this means that the email does not have any notifications set up.  Red highlighting means that the email has been marked invalid by our system, this is caused by messages sent to that address being bounced back to us as no such email address, or by someone contacting us asking to have that email removed from our system.

If you have trouble with the grid or prefer to use the non grid page you can click the link in the lower right of the page to use the old "Non Grid" Helper page.
