Update/Add Your
Helpers


Add your Helpers and be sure each one is set as to the Positions they can help with. (You can add other Helper details now or at any later time.) All that is required to add a Helper is a first name and their Positions. All other information is optional.
 
To ADD Helpers
From any page: 
  • In the top menu click Helpers to go to the Helper List page 
  • Click Add New Helper to open the Add New Helper window 
  •  

     
  • Click the Add this Helper button
  • The window will remain up for you to enter another new Helper
  • Click Close Window when you are finished adding Helpers
  •  
    To EDIT a Helper's information
    From any page: 
  • In the top menu click Helpers to open the Helper List page
  • You can change information in the list grid by double-clicking the cell and changing the information and then clicking the
  • Save Changes button.  Click here for tips on using the Helper List grid.

    OR you can change any individual Helper using their Edit Helper page

  • Click the pencil icon  next to the Helper name to open the Edit Helper window 
  •  

     
  • Add/Change any details for that Helper
  • Click Save (or Save & Next to go to the next Helper) 
  •  
    When Helper's sign in they can add/change many of their own details such as: 
  • Phone Numbers
  • E-Mail & Text Message Addresses and notification options
  • Whether other Helpers can see their email or phone numbers
  • Address 
  • Time Preferences
  • Time Off and Cannot Help times
  • Position Preferences
     
  • (Full Version Users can use the Settings>Helper Permissions page to restrict  what Helpers can do and see in their account)
