WhenToHelp provides a method for Coordinators to send out an urgent text alert to
Helpers who have signed up to receive them at their text message address.
On the Coordinator home page click
the SEND URGENT ALERT button to see a list of Coordinators and Helpers who have
signed up to receive them and choose to whom to send the alert.
Each Helper and Coordinator must set which email or text message
address will receive these alerts (or the Coordinator can set this up for Helpers).
The Urgent Alert window will show the number of users who have signed up to
receive these alerts next to each group. Type the alert text (up to 150
characters) and click the Send button.
